MILTON-FREEWATER CITY HALL OFFICES, PUBLIC WORKS OFFICES & LIBRARY WILL REMAIN CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - CLICK ON NEWS FOR DETAILS ON HOW TO CONTACT SPECIFIC DEPARTMENTS AND HOW TO PAY UTILITIES AND OTHER FEES.

To pay a utility bill:
By debit, credit or check: Please call 541-938-5531 Ext. 0 Mon – Fri 7am-4pm
Login to www.xpressbillpay.com – create an account and process a payment for your utility account(s).
Place your payment in the white utility payment drop box located at either the island at the Post Office – or in the West parking lot behind City Hall
Login to your online bank bill pay – and process a payment to City of Milton-Freewater
All other transactions:
