Load Management Discount
For customers
whose equipment is controlled by City load management system,
the following discounts will be allowed:

Sprinkler System Controls and Other Small
Unmetered Loads:
Sprinkler system controls, intermitant lighting such as flashing
traffic control devices, and other small unmetered loads can be
served at the discretion of the Electric Superintendent at a
flat rate of $25 per calendar year. This fee will be due and
payable by March 1st. Service will be disconnected if payment
is not received by April 1st. The point of connection shall be
at the supply side of the customers
breaker panel or equipment. The Electric Superintendent may
determine that a metering installation is required, which will
cause the load to be a separate account and therefore must
comply with the applicable rate schedule.
