Outdoor Lighting Services

Effective July 1, 2005

Availability:

Applicable to consumers for dusk to dawn outdoor lighting, where secondary voltages are available for connection to the lighting fixture.

Conditions of Service:

The City will furnish, install, operate, and maintain the complete lighting installation, including necessary wood poles, at a mutually agreeable location. The maintenance, including lamp replacement, will be done on request during the normal work week, and at no additional charge to the consumer.

The installation will remain the property of the City. The consumer will protect the lighting equipment from deliberate damage, and must allow the City free access to his property to maintain and inspect the equipment at any time. A contract may be required for service under this schedule.

Net Monthly Charge:

Inside and outside city limits:

100 watt Sodium Vapor @ $7.00 per month

200 watt Sodium Vapor @ $9.00 per month

400 watt Sodium Vapor @ $12.00 per month

Rules and Regulations:

Service under this schedule is subject to the rules and regulations of the City of Milton‑Freewater.
