Jon Roberts
On behalf of the City Council, it is my pleasure to award the June City of Milton-Freewater Employee of the Month award to Police Officer Jon Roberts.
Jon has been with the City since December of 2004 and in that 6 years has proven himself to be extremely valuable to our law enforcement department.
Recently Jon has been assigned as a mentor and field training officer for our newest Police Officer, Shane Phillips. Jon has demonstrated that he is a reliable, dependable and knowledgeable training officer with an excellent outlook and superior attitude towards the job, his co-workers and the extra responsibility of training. Chief Boedigheimer has observed Jon’s interaction with Officer Phillips to be positive, informative and valuable.
Jon’s arrest and citation stats are generally among the highest in the department, which demonstrates his solid work ethic and high motivation.
